Booking
Pay with PayPal now, or cash on the day
You can reserve with PayPal and get an immediate confirmation, or hold your spot and pay cash when you meet the guide. Both options hold the same booking. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the tour either way.

Two ways to pay, and the booking is identical under both.
PayPal settles it before you sail. The confirmation arrives straight away, which is what most passengers want if they are booking weeks ahead and would rather stop thinking about it. Cash means we hold the spot and you pay the guide on the day, in US dollars, which are accepted almost everywhere near the ports.
Neither option gets you a better price or a different tour. The only real difference is what you are carrying when you walk off the ship.
Free cancellation runs to 24 hours before the tour. If your ship changes its itinerary or skips Roatán altogether, you get a full refund, and that applies whether you paid up front or not. Cruise schedules move, and charging someone for a port their ship never reached is not a policy worth defending.
A note on ship wifi. Booking from onboard is often slower than people expect, and card forms time out. If you know what you want before you sail, book from shore. If you are already at sea and the connection is fighting you, message us on WhatsApp when you dock and we will sort it at the gate.
Our office is in Coxen Hole next to the cruise port, and the phone number on your confirmation reaches a person on the island.
Still deciding how to spend your port day?
Send us your ship and date. We answer from the island, usually within minutes.
