Port day
Where to find us when you walk off the ship
Our representative waits just outside the port exit holding a sign that reads MONKEYLALA TOURS. This works the same way at Coxen Hole and at Mahogany Bay. You do not need to arrange transport or find a shuttle at either terminal.
3 min
Walk off the ship, follow the passenger flow through the terminal, and keep going until you are past the gate. That is where we are.
The sign is the whole system. It says MONKEYLALA TOURS in letters you can read from across the road, and the person holding it has your name and your ship on a list. There is no meeting point number to memorise and no app to open.
Both terminals put a shopping area between the gangway and the exit. It is worth knowing that the walk takes a few minutes longer than the map suggests, because the route is designed to move you past the shops. Budget five to ten minutes from the ship's door to the gate.
If you cannot see the sign, message the number on your confirmation. Someone on the island answers, not a call centre, and we can tell you which side of the exit to look at. Our office is in Coxen Hole on Willy Warren Street, next to the cruise port, so nobody is far away.
Come out with your ship's all aboard time in mind, not just the tour time. The guide will ask for it before the van leaves, because that is the number the day gets planned around.
Still deciding how to spend your port day?
Send us your ship and date. We answer from the island, usually within minutes.
